"Cute stuff, but not enough info"
The clothes are cute, but the descriptions didn’t really give me much to go on. The sizing was a bit confusing, and I couldn’t tell what some of the fabrics were.

"Too pricey for what we got"
It just didn’t feel worth the price for us. For what we paid, I expected a bit more support and definitely faster responses and updates along the way. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for our family, it didn’t feel like enough to justify the cost. I probably wouldn’t pay for it again

"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
I expected this to last a lot longer, but it broke after only a few uses. For what it is, I figured it would at least make it through regular use for a while, so that was disappointing.

I was excited when my order finally showed up because I’d been waiting on a pair of blue shoes. Opened the box, and somehow there were red ones inside instead. They looked fine and all, just definitely not what I ordered...

"Wouldn’t buy this as a gift"
I wouldn’t feel great giving this to someone as a present. It’s plain and just doesn’t seem like something kids would get excited about. I also reached out to support with a question and kind of felt like they were blaming me instead of actually helping, which made the whole experience more frustrating

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been taking way longer than it should. I get that these things can take a few days, but common sense says a refund shouldn’t feel like it’s stuck in limbo.

I was checking out brooklynkids.org and, I don’t know, the design just felt a bit dated to me. Like, nothing was totally broken or anything, but some areas seemed kind of packed together, and the colors weren’t really helping me figure out where to look first.
It’s usable, mostly, but the whole style made it harder to focus than I expected. Maybe if the layout was cleaner and had a little more breathing room, it would feel a lot easier to use.

"Not as easy to use as it used to be"
I used to have a much easier time using this on my phone, but lately the pages feel messy. I found myself tapping around way too much just trying to find basic stuff, which gets frustrating fast

"Maybe I Should’ve Checked the Fabric Better"
I bought this set for my kid, i’m not sure if I just expected too much for the price or what, but the fabric felt rough and cheap. I washed it thinking it might soften up, but it still wasn’t very comfortable. My kid kept saying it was itchy, so we only ended up using it once. Now it’s just sitting in the drawer. Maybe I should’ve looked more closely before buying, but I probably wouldn’t get it again.

"Runs way smaller than I expected"
The clothes fit way too small on me. Maybe I should’ve looked closer at the size chart or measured myself first, but I ordered my usual size and it was nowhere near right. The sizing just felt really off...

"Still Not Fixed"
I’ve been trying to get this issue sorted out, but it feels like I’m being ignored. Support takes forever to reply, and when they do, nothing actually gets resolved. The problem is still there, and I’m frustrated at this point.

I tried ordering from Brooklyn Children's Museum, but the checkout process was a mess. Every time I entered my card info, the page would freeze, and I ended up having to refresh twice. Then my cart emptied, which was super frustrating. When payment details are involved, that kind of thing makes me really uncomfortable, so I just gave up and ordered from another site instead.

"A little frustrating, but not a total dealbreaker"
I wanted to like the shopping experience, but I kept running into items that were out of stock. Most of the sizes I needed were already gone, which was disappointing. There were still some nice options, but it felt like I was getting my hopes up just to find out I couldn’t actually buy them.
